British Expats disgusted at the ripped off prices being quoted for accommodation for the 2014 Fifa World Cup decided to do something about it and Campinbrazil was born...we are living in a jungle book setting on 60 acres in rural Brazil and only 100km on a good highway to the Maracana Stadium near the laidback surfer town of Saquarema with a direct bus service to Rio. Take a look at Campinbrazil.com only £10 per person per night.
These pictures are taken out of season, mowing is currently ongoing in the camping areas.

Saquarema...at a great restaurant on the beach called 'Casa de Praia'. As you can see the beaches are beautiful and the waves do indeed crash...not a great beach for children but if you walk about 500m you'll see the sea fed shallow lagoon that's very safe for children.

Always plenty of activity for animal lovers, if your really lucky and patient you'll see our little monkeys...the owls you can enjoy all the time... they even visited me in my kitchen one day!
The dogs are all a bit older and sadly not quite as playful...we've had them all from quite young, the youngest we found under a hedge a poor little pitiful thing of about a week old but as you can see they are all doing great now. :)
